What would be considered a fraud?

Hey guys i don't know if this question has been asked yet but I would like to know what you guys think fraud would be considered as. Thank you!!

Fraud would be claiming you meet the requirements but you dont, and submitting fake or documents that do not relate to you.

Would it be okay if I send them a copy of the lease that i signed this year (since I turned 18 i need to sign) that i live in that apartment, the lease also has both name of my parents but they pay for rent. Could this be considered as proof that I live with my parents and that I live with them year 2012?
