What would be considered a fraud?

Fraud would be claiming you meet the requirements but you dont, and submitting fake or documents that do not relate to you.

Would it be okay if I send them a copy of the lease that i signed this year (since I turned 18 i need to sign) that i live in that apartment, the lease also has both name of my parents but they pay for rent. Could this be considered as proof that I live with my parents and that I live with them year 2012?
