No problem. BTW...does your friend know your situation? The reason I ask is because I also think it would be better if you let her/him know you've put down her address in the form.

I have a letter from the volunteer coordinator where I volunteer using paper with company heading and addresses and it's signed. Does this need to be notarized?

Today I recieved an Email that said my DACA forms have been accepted and Routed to
USCIS Nebraska Service Center, I live in Texas,
and sent my forms to Lewisville Lockbox,
anyways Texas is not in NSC's juriadiction,
should I be concerned?
I know there is a Texas Service Center... any one know anything about this?
I need some help.

Yes, she was the first person I told actually. I never thought of telling her since it was literally over 10 years ago when we decided to do that and she doesn't live there anymore (it was an apt. complex), but you're right, I should at least let her know.

2 questions

form 765 Q16, theres three boxes, as having no legal status i would fall within c33 right? So do i just put c33 in one of the boxes and would i separate each separately into a box?

the money order/check, Is it two separate money orders/checks or just one with the full amount? as i see on the news that many are sending one whole check/money order but i as well see many sending two separate money orders/checks. If separate the biometric fee would just be written as biometric fee right?

You can put your name in the photos and initials "DOB: 01/01/01" right below, Date Of Birth.

Good Luck
Oh No, I dint print my name on the back of my passport photos...

Hello, Im new here. You all have been very helpful. I was wondering, if a college transcript be enough to prove that youve been here for the past 5 years? i graduated in june and was enrolled since 2006. Do you think they'll want proof from winter and summer since school was out then?

im pretty much ready to send out my forms, the 5 years of evidence is the only thing making my head spin right now.

^^

I think it will be enough. But if you have other evidences on those years, you can send those too to strengthen your case.
