Since I've seen a lot of a people starting new threads about the Chicago Lockbox, I thought it might be helpful to have them all in one place.

So if you received your receipt/G-1145 notification from the Chicago Lockbox, please post it below!

This is just an assumption from what I've read here so far but,
I think people are receiving their G-1145 notifs about 3 business days after delivery.
I sent mine in on Sat. (it arrived on Mon) so I'm hoping it comes tomorrow!

Yep, I got my G-1145 notification from Chicago Lockbox after exactly 3 business days.

Date Sent: 8/16/12 | Lockbox: Chicago | Mailing Method: USPS Express | Date Arrived: 10:30 am- 8/17/12
Receipt Date: 08/22/12

I sent mine on Thursday, and they received it on August 17th, at 12;17 pm and it was signed for by someone named JC. but I still didn't get the g-1145 notification?

Also, those of you who only got text's, did you get the email yet? i didnt get email yet.

Mine was delivered close to your timing and I am still waiting also.

beachgirl check your checking account of the bank you used, it was posted at 8 this morning and i got a confirmation in about 3 hours via email

mine got there on aug 16 at 1227 pm and no receipt yet :/
