I-765WS LEFT BLANK but RECEIVED NOTIFICATION

I wrote in my previous post that I didn't complete part 2 and 3 in Form I-765WS. However, I received the two notifications yesterday informing me that my applications are being routed to Nebraska.

I was worried that my application would be returned even before going to Nebraska for not completing the form. My guess is that it's not the case.

According to the USCIS website, it says "USCIS will review them for completeness, including submission of the required fee, initial evidence and supporting documents. If it is determined that the request is complete, USCIS will send you a receipt notice."

If the USCIS thought that the application was incomplete for not filling out Part 2 and 3, they wouldn't have sent it to the Nebraska center. That's just the way that I would like to think.

My question is whether I should still be concerned about leaving part 2 and 3. I don't have any sufficient knowledge as to how this system works. So if they think that my application is incomplete, is the Nebraska center in charge of sending it back to me? Or can I just relax from now on~

Well I don't think they looked over it in details yet. They just inspected your package and its all there so they gave you a case number for you to follow.

Not being negative in any way brah, But I doubt they'll really make a big deal out of it if they didn't even send it back for you to finish.
