So can I use my Matricula Consular ID or Passport along with the EAD, to suffice these requisites??

Guys, I apologize if I sound like a broken record, but I have a question. On form I-765 question #9, I worked for about a month this summer using my uncles ssn. I know I shouldn't have but I needed money for school. I haven't cashed in the 2 checks I got because I'm afraid to. Do I report that I used that ssn for question number 9 or do I leave it blank??? thanks ahead for all the answers. Hopefully someone that talked to a lawyer can help me out.

how did you guys arrange the paperwork in the envelope? all forms together then evidence? money order on top? should I paper clip the photos to the i-765 application or with the rest of the evidence? also haha, do i need 2 G-1145 forms?

I would advise you to not even mention it to USCIS. Did your employer make copies of the SS card? did you present a photo ID with your picture?

Using someone else's legit papers is a serious crime, way worse than just using a made up social. You could be charged with fraud, identity theft, etc. Your uncle could also get in trouble if he willingly let you borrow his SS..

But yea man, that's my advise.
I think you should only write down SS# that have been assigned to you in the past.

Any social security number that you used, you should Write down, ( if you used your Uncles name instead of your own to work and his address), you should ask a lawyer really, but I suggest listing all SSN you have used with your name.

I Stapled all G-1145 with I-821D and I-765 with I-765WS,, I paperclipped the money orders to the I-821D and the passport photos were in a small booklet with a receipt of them to prove that they were within the 20 days of filing.
