This is off topic i know, but the answers have been 50/50. Do we need 2 passport pictures? yes or no? Cause the USCIS instructions contradicts itself on whether or not to be sent.

If you send it in - they don't care that there's something extra in the packet.

If you don't send it in - (and they need it) - your application will take longer to process because they will request for it.

Up to you.

Is it possible for them to find out we worked with a fake SSN under our real name and DOB, even though we don't file taxes? If that's the case, and you made less than $6,000, then don't mention it on the INCOME section. JUST don't file taxes.

If you worked under the table or with your ITIN, which is technically not fraud, then mention it. Imagine the worst case scenario if you mention your income while using a fake SSN or using someone else's. They might ask you to send proof. In that case, you will have to send in pay stubs, which may have someone else's SSN or a fake SSN. That is fraud and that is the reason why i put in $0 under income. Plus i made chump change, which is not even worth the risk mentioning.

They're not stupid. They know people work w fake ss#. I'm putting in as evidence my w-2's along with the paperwork showing I did my taxes with my own ITIN. I'm leaving box #9 blank.

Definitely DO NOT put in a fake social. That's lying and ur application will be denied and ull probably get in big trouble. Omitting info is not lying.

^Um, no. The instructions specifically say to leave it blank if you cannot or do not have an answer for it.

I asked my lawyer about this and she said "that you can't lie about this"she also said "you're not 15 years old" as in, I couldnt just lower the income in order to prove necessity for a job permit. Also, when I asked about the explanation part on the WS, she advised I should leave it blank for now. In case they ask for it later on.

It's ok if u put ur income on the I-765Ws because they're not asking for evidence on how you get that money

you really expect them to believe we have been living in the U.S without working?
they are NO fools, they know!!! but DO NOT SUBMIT ANY SSN, because then they cant look the other way, they'll have to take a closer look at your fake SSN.
