Illegal parents of immigrant youth

Question: I'm going to help a 16 yr old complete his paperwork for the DA. His parents are not here legally, not even through a work Visa, what are the chances of his parents getting deported?

Very slim to none. Although they will have his information, ICE will not use that to track down his parents and deport them. Unless he, himself has a criminal record.
