Are the USCIS offices open on Saturdays

Are the USCIS offices open on Saturdays? my package is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow and it requires a signature. I sent mines to the Lewisville location.

Already went through this last week. your package most likely will be processed Monday.

I guess that means that it wont be delivered until Monday then cause it requires a signature.

more than likely they will 'attempt' delivery on Saturday and then redeliver on Monday.
