Biometrics is just fingerprints and photo. May take weight and height measurements but that's it.

No,the Biometrics stage is they take your picture and prints to do their own background check on if you're good or bad as per the guidelines.You will then know if you're cleared or not when the application goes for further processing by knowing via the Case number on the I-797c notice of action.

On Tattoos,No body exam but USCIS has been using it to deny applicants for US residency as of late.

No Weight or height measurements either,just picture and fingerprints.

Lobotomy, prostate exam, mammogram (for men and women), body cavity search, EEG, drug test, blood test, DNA sample, urine sample, hair sample, ... The list goes on!
