I'm sending both my brother's and my application packets in one mailing envelop. Do you guys see any problems with this?

If you have to ask, why don't you send separately?

I would send them in separate packages.

Why even risk it with such a simple thing. This could be the reason your app gets delayed.

You and your brother are separate cases in this Deferred Action. This is an individual case, so separate the packages.

Nope, no problem with that, but make sure you put one rubber band around each of the case packet to let them know they are 2 different applicants. I read it on uscis website. However, if you're paranoid like most of us, then just just send them separately.

I asked the same question when I was sending mine.
The answer is to send them separately.
I called USCIS and they highly recommend sending applications separately to avoid confusion.

No that's totally fine. Just be sure that you have two checks since there are two applications.
