Yes, I received three letters in the mail yesterday. They're all labeled as 797c.

So it sounds like a matricula should work but a school ID probably won't. I had made an appointment to get my passport but it was given to me for Sept 13th. I thought I had plenty of time, but now my biometrics is the day before on the 12th, so hopefully they'll just take my matricula.

If I were you guys, I would call the USCIS hotline and confirm that matriculas are accepted. 1-800-375-5283
