2. Is a car considered an asset? I don't want to put 0's in both income and assets.
If you don't have the i94 but your entry stamps are good, than yeah your visa + entry stamps are enough.

I feel so sad... I cant find proof of continuous presence since 2011 to 2012. like nothing! and i have never gone back to mexico since i arrive in 2005. I graduated in 2010 so that's when I stopped having proof. Everything is on my parents name im 20, i haven't gone to college, I have a letter from our landlord saying he saw me here those 2 years but I know that's not enough, this sucks!! I have facebook check ins, not a lot. And i have a letter that arrive to me this august 2012 but i cant think of anything else, I feel like my world is crushing down!!

^^ hey it's okay, u Dnt have to feel the world is crushing down on u. Look for other things that show u did smthing through that yr. it doesn't have to be month month but it could be your phone bill, if it's under ur parents name. Just show proof they have been paying it and u have been using it. Would still advice u speak to a professional lawyer on the matter.

I've posted this before on the actual forum but didn't get a solid response; in 2006, I enrolled in college using an SSN that wasn't mine. Since the only proof I have for being here in 2007 are my college transcripts and both official and unofficial copies have the SSN on them, will submitting said transcripts bring me any trouble? I talked to a lawyer a few months back before DACA was announced and he said it wouldn't really matter as I used it for school only. Any thoughts?

I have no proof of living here either. I just printed some Amazon receipts from 2007 through 2010 and called it a day. There are many months missing but what can I do?

When my son was still 17, he was in a car with a friend who had some marijuana on him and the cops pulled them over and were each given 2 tickets (citations). He paid the tickets off after 2 days and gave the tickets to the police station and never received them back. So I have 2 questions

1) For form I-821D, part 3, #1, does he have to say Yes to the question?

2) If yes, how would we go about acquiring these tickets again? Would we be able to go down to the police station and ask for copies?

Thank you guys for the help.

Call your local police department and find out if they do immigration clearance letters. That should solve the problem.

If you live with your parents you don't need to put their names. That's used for instance, when you want to have your case's documents delivered to someone else's address.
