Hey guys, I already submitted my Application and I am now helping my cousin submit hers. She is currently 17 and still in high School. this is what I have so far as evidence

• Mexican Passport
• Birth Certificate & Translation
• School IDS
• School Enrollment History (2000-2012)
• Middle School Transcript (2007-2009)
• High School Transcript (2009-PRESENT)
• Immunization Records

Do you think this would suffice? Also, she had a kid when she was 16. Should I include any evidence that she is the mother of an American Born baby? Would it help her case?

Only if it has records showing dates to help her case. I think that's good but look for any records showing her name and date

I think she's in good shape. You have solid proof of her age, her entry before 2007 (and before age 16), her presence for the past 5 years, and her education. The only thing that is missing is proof of her being here on June 15, 2012 (or around that date). Maybe one of your pieces of evidence covers that (I assume her last report card from school goes into June 2012). If it doesn't, then try to find something that does.

Including her child's birth certificate won't hurt, but I really don't think you need any more evidence. I assume she was an EWI because there is no I-94.
