Employment sponsor visa. He doesn't need to be #1 in his field, he just needs to be good at something and be willing to be underpaid. I interact a lot with Indian and Chinese people.

Actually, it's only after 180 days and fewer than 365 after his 18 birthday that the 3-year ban becomes effective. More than that and he's subject to the 10-year ban.
That's true. But during the app process or interview process for the Visa at the consulate or embassy they asked if you're ever been to the US. I would doubt he'll say "No sir." and they find out and he's banned. I understand the pre-req's for a Visa since I have many family member who visit the US legally all the time.

Employment visa is not impossible, but in this economic environment highly unlikely.

Like others have said, I think you should stay here. Living here isn't easy with our status, but you've gotten so far already. You seem like a smart guy. If you continue your education, you'll have the opportunity to make everything better for your family. It won't be easy, but a college degree (especially from the U.S.), can go a really long way.

Hopefully the Dream Act, if passed, will cover him in the future.

Thanks guys I really appreciate all the advice/opinions given. I think that for now we will try to move forward here and hope that God will help us along the way. We hope to be able to make more progress without having to work so much.

If you came from a nice country, I'd say your sister might be better off going back home. No dream act will apply to her, ever. If she can readjust her status, maybe get married.

Life is hard but I'm sure DACA recipients will be much more vocal for your cause once they go out into society. At least that is what I plan to do.
