Sorry if this has been answered somewhere else, I've looked for the answer and can't find it. My question is this:

If the applicant is under 18 years old, can they sign their own application or do they need one of their parents to sign for them? I'm helping someone fill out their DACA and the applicant is 17 years old. Thanks in advance.

I believe it says in the bottom somewhere if you;re a minor you can't signed, you parent/guardian has to do it. I only glanced at this. you need to check the instructions.

No. Parents don't sign anything. The person applying signs everything.

Thanks, y'all are correct. I just checked on the instructions for I-821D and it says if you are under 14 your parent signs, but if you're under 14 you don't mean the guidelines to begin with :P
