Really? Illicit drugs are illegal at the federal level. Marijuana is legal at the state level in California. Drugs are indeed a federal issue. There is a conflict between federal and state laws. Usually when this occurs federal law supersedes state law. But hey if you are willing to risk it it is your choice, but understand there is a risk whether you choose to rationalize your choice or not.
