In my opinion, you should give them a call if you have questions.

I just called the uscis office and my name wasnt on the list. They told me to wait at least 30days but it seems like a lot ppl have already received the confirmation.

Has anyone from Southern California received their biometrics date? I'm getting worried. I received my I-797 thing in the mail August 24??

Hey you might get your receipts and biometrics before me bc my lawyer just sent mines out today. I kinds wish I would have filled it out and mailed it myself but oh well. But yeh keep me informed

Date received G-1145 notification - Aug. 30, 2012 (Routed to Nebraska)
Date of I-797 C Notice of Action -
Date Biometrics scheduled -
Date of EAD received -

It seems like most people got they 797C Notice not too long after your email/text notice.
I received the email on the 27th but when I check the status of my application online it says that they received it on the 22nd.. I still haven't gotten the 797C Notice.. I'm getting worried, is anyone else in a similar situation?

IS the biometrics on the i-797/ official receipt notice? or are those 2 separate pieces of mail?
