Alright guys,
I'm seriously stressed the heck out. I haven't sent in my app(still missing docs)
My freakin ex boss doesn't want to provide with a statement where I can prove that I worked for him for 1 yr. He's scared that will affect him. Another thing, I've been listening to several immigration attorneys and they contradict each other. In regards to voluntary departure, some say you are still eligible and some say there is a 99% chance that they will deny tyour app. I want to know how many of you signed your voluntary departure but came back right away and have proof of that and are still sending in your app?

How did you leave and come back? Government has any proof?

My husband is the one who actually signed the voluntary departure. He was dropped off in Nogales by Immigration officers and the next day I arranged for him to come back and he was not caught by immigration in the process. They did take his fingerprints before they drove him out there.
