Date acceptance letter of application received - 8/27/2012 (from the mail), i-797c notice of receipt is dated 8/23/2012
Service Center: Nebraska
Date of I-797 C Notice of Action (Application Approved) - Online Case Status under review
Date Biometrics scheduled - Waiting for apppointment letter
Date of EAD received -
As of today, there are about 14,00o applications for I-821D and I-765 submitted and had already received Notice of Receipt from August 16 to Aug 24, the last date shown in case online status as having been received and routed to Nebraska Service Center alone.
Has anyone whose application is with Nebraska Service Centere received a schedule for biometrics yet? How long is the wait time from the time you received your notice of receipt, I-797C from the mail to the time you receive your biometrics appointment letter?
