A question for those who used bank statements as proof of continuous presence in the US. How did you submit them? did you separate them by year? by month? each of my statements is 2-4 pages long. I'm not sure if I should just paperclip year together. Should I submit all 4 pages of just the first? what did you guys do? Thanks in advance. =)

To tell you the truth I didn't separated anything... I put all my copies together starting from my personal information (birth certificate-and translation to English, passport, matricula consular) then I put my vaccination card, school record from elementary(to prove that I came here before 15), copies of all the school IDs, high school transcript/diploma, college transcript/diploma, tuition statement, then I put the bank statement I just folded the tip to kind of separate each year. And that was it! I didnt sent the two pictures but cuz I totally missed it but I recommend u do it if it gives u peace of mind

NO it doesn't, as long as both is clear on the print. You might want to label what they are with pen tho.

I have a question guys.
I'm confused as to why people are sending passport pictures. I read all the filing instructions and nowhere does it say they need pictures.
Can you help clarify this. Thanks.

My two cents on how I put together my brother's package. Thanks to all who have posted tips and pictures.

First of all, I went cray-cray trying to find ACCO fasteners. The only walk-in store (non-internet) that has them is Staples. I am a frugal cheap ass and refused to pay $10 for a box of 100 thingies when I only needed two. Not to mention that standard hole punchers are either single or 3-hole. So really, unless you already have fasteners in your home along with a two-hole puncher skip the trouble and go simple.

I used clips. A small one to separate the apps and a bigger one to hold everything together. (see pic)
To make each application and evidence easy to find I used Post it "Flags". (see pics)
Adding also the cover letter I used. I made it as simple as I could.

*pics are not my actual package. **some info was omitted on cover letter for privacy and feel free to use it.

I also highly recommend using flat rate priority mail with USPS ($5.15). Just make sure you get a signature confirmation (75cents). I have plenty of experience using flat rate priority and I love it and trust it. Send it anywhere between Monday and Thursday and your package will arrive in less than 48 hours.

Do you guys think that the more evidence you provide the more chances they'll find something to raise flags or questions? Why not just send simple but sufficient applications?...I ask because there people who send over 100 pages of evidence who get RFEs....people who sent everything they could think of

Not necessarily. I would say try to find a happy medium between sending too much or too little.
