Fill out the I-821D
Fill out the I-765 (work permit)
Fill out the I-765 WE
Fill out the G-1145
Include and mail all of them in your application along with your evidence, and a $465 money order.
Look up where you should send it to.
They will text and email you, then mail you the 767C, then send you biometrics.
