I have a question hope some would help me: my cousin entered with a border crossing card as a child many years ago and she doesn't know what to put under question 14. Manner of last entry? 15. Current immigration status? If any one knows please help!!! Thanks

Look in the DACA forms thread (the first one), it's a sticky in the Lounge section. I think the manner of entry is supposed to be "Unknown" or "Entry Without Inspection." Check the thread, and the instructions for the form, to make sure. Also current immigration status is "Out of Status."

Okay, so I just got a letter from the attorney and the packet was just sent on the 1st, so I checked the tracking number and it was just received yesterday Sept. 4th, at least now I feel a little relief now that I know it is not lost out there. Thanks for the reply though.

Date Application Sent - Sept. 1
The Lockbox the application was sent to - Phoenix Lockbox
Mailing Method (Express, priority, certified) etc. - Priority
Date delivered - Sept. 4
Date acceptance letter of application received -
Date of I-797 C Notice of Action (Application Approved) -
Date Biometrics scheduled -
Date of EAD received -

Will continue to update
