If you have an income that you filed taxes on, report it. You do not need an income of of "< or = to x," just make sure you mention why you need the world authorization. USCIS knows people work under the table. But if you withhold that you have an income you submitted taxes on, and fail to declare it, and they find out, you will only end up hurting yourself.

When asking for the work authorization, if you are in school, mention out-of-state-tuition rates if that applies to you, miscellaneous expenses like gas, food, and clothing. IF you have a degree, mention that you would like to put it use.

Correct. You do not need to send additional proof validating that information. Just put down whatever it is truthfully and if you want explain it in the paragraph. Most likely if your 821D gets approved, you will be approved for EAD. Don't send in anything else. It might delay your process.

In my opinion, you need to report your income regardless of how you work. Remember that it's best if they ask for you tax forms in the future (which I doubt) that you provide those, than for them to find out you lied on your application and said you had $0 income.

You be very careful what you write. I'd talk to an atty or at least go to a workshop.

Even if you are accepted for DACA, your forms will become part of your USCIS file and if you ever want to adjust your status in the future this form might come back and bite you in the behind

Don't lie. Include all the income you make, how much expenses I have and your assets. Then give explanation at the bottom in regards to those numbers. Also, make a compelling statement as to why you need a work permit.

Another option: as long as you didn't include any w-2's or taxes returns in your I-821D go ahead and fill out your form honestly. Don't ask don't tell! They're not asking you if u worked w a fake social or w someone elses social so DON'T TELL.

Make sure u leave question #9 BLANK!!! If they run that social and it's someone else's and you know it belongs to someone else don't put it. Its not yours

If later on you receive a call or a letter asking you if you've ever worked with ANY SS# theeeen you can go ahead and tell them. OMITTING IS NOT LYING!
