The system in place allows for the aforementioned to continue happening just like I was explicitly allowed by an officer to go in before schedule without even needing an excuse.

This is called indirect communicatiom, it is a form of passive aggressiveness, and you really are judging us after having contradicted your disapproval when you used the "but" conjunction.

Doing this isn't about "feeling GREAT". This isn't about competition, it's all about putting your own needs before those of others.
I guess you are right, and please receive my apologies if you feel somehow attack, those were not my intention, good luck with your process

The logic of some of you is whack, comparing it to a crime! You are no different than those against us dreamers who ask we go back to our country and wait for our time!
I was following you until that statement. Your argument was definitely valid with the example of others getting their appointments before us until you made the assumption that just because someone went ahead of us, we're bitching. It's really not about that. Morality is the issue regardless of your time. Even if someone before me applies and has a date before me and does a walk in, still wrong. But of course, it's right to them. And there is nothing we can do about that because like you said, it is a free country, so we are just voicing our opinions. When I say we, I mean the people who are talking against walk-ins.

I am sorry as well. I can get carried away with these lengthy discourses to defend my side of the argument and I know that some people can mistake it for a disharmonious argument and it might drive them away from contributing to the original topic.

I am confident that the majority, if not everyone of us who submitted an application, will receive an EAD. Some of us will obtain theirs sooner than others (it's not even guaranteed that I'll get mine sooner anyway), but in the end that's all that matters.

Give me a break with your morality talk! Aren't you the same guy who started a thread wanting the dream act initial entry age to be lowered to the age that you were brought it so that it "could get more votes"? Talk about being selfish and looking out only for yourself!! I plan on doing a walk in myself next week so wish me good luck .

Oh so you're still stuck on that misconception of the thread? Even after my apology PM to you explaining that the intentions you mentioned in your post right now were not mine? Kudos for using that as an argument.

Here is the thread for those who want to read, I just wasn't able to get my idea out properly on paper but believe me, in no way do I believe what was being misunderstood by the others in that thread, although it was strongly presented in my posts. I care for everyone and everyone should benefit from this in an organized manner. I even apologized to the users in the thread and to lilbawler and dream becomes reality in a private message for my offensive statements. Lilbawler never responded

Good luck to you anyways cause I wish everyone of us gets our shit done fast.

Goobie, I have a lot more to say but my thumbs are getting tired of typing on my iphone lol. So lets just cut it here. You get me, I get you. Great points and arguments.

I just wanna wish everyone good luck and I can't wait til one of us is the first to recieve that EAD. Exciting as hell.

UPDATE, UPDATE!!!
I got my G-1145 notification yesterday. I only got the e-mail no text message. Now I'm just waiting for my biometrics appointment.

Hey congrats! You're on your way now.

On a side note, did anyone order a confirmation from USPS with their tracking number? Its a letter they mail you, stating that your application was delivered and they show the signature of the person who signed for it. I ordered it. Good to have just in case. It was free of charge.

I only paid for their Delivery Confirmation feature so that I could track it online. If the package gets lost even with Signature Confirmation it'd still be lost. Both, DC and SC records are accessible online for many months with your tracking number so you'd still have proof that you mailed your package. I've never had any problems with USPS despite having mailed over 50 items through ebay.

Yea I figured I can track it for months. But I thought that having a hard copy stating my app was delivered and a picture of the signature was just good info to keep.
