They probably are not requiring any paper work cuz they figured a lot of us get paid in cash. Unless they ask for it I wouldn't include it.

Make sure u leave question #9 BLANK!!! If they run that social and it's someone else's and you know it belongs to someone else don't put it. Its not yours

If later on you receive a call or a letter asking you if you've ever worked with ANY SS# theeeen you can go ahead and tell them. OMITTING IS NOT LYING!
Actually omitting is lying. But in this case they mean what valid SSN you've used not someone else's.

Not really. You have to think like a lawyer. USCIS has to be more specific if it wants a more accurate answer.

The question says:
Social Security Number (include all numbers you have ever used) (if any)

Are they talking about issued social security #s or are they talking about fake numbers too? Since its not being specific I'm going to interpret this question as ss#'s issued to me.

Since I've never been issued one by the SSA then I'm going to leave it blank. If later on they inquire further on this question then I will they'll them what they want to know. If they asked my why I didn't put it in there I'm going to say "it was my understanding when I read the question that it was only asking for ss# issued to me. "

Did I lie? Absolutely not.

You don't need to provide anything they're NOT asking for. None of the forms ask for an ITIN.

SS#s do not equal ITINs

If you submit tax returns and they happen to have ur ITIN so be it.
