The instructions state that you need to fill out i-765ws so I would make sure to have it complete to the best of your ability.

I think you should take another look at each exhibit and reorganize your proof.

Example:

Exhibit 4: Proof of high school graduation
The only thing you need in this section is your high school diploma. If you still want to include the rest of the proof under this exhibit, I suggest you include it under exhibit 5.

You definitely don't want to get rejected for lying on the app!
I'm not sure what you're talking about? Doesn't the requirement state you have to be here continuously from June 15th, 2007?

OP. Read this post carefully. First of all, YOU MUST submit Form 1-765WS. Write everything truthfully. In the paragraph, it is good if you explain your expenses (food, shelter, transportation, education tuition etc). Let's take a look at all your exhibits how I see it:

Exhibit 1 - Good
Exhibit 2 - STAMPED I-94, Immunization records, Simple copy of school registration years are sufficient. If you want include the stamped copy of the Visa page on your old passport.
Exhibit 3 - Make sure you include the ENTIRE bank statement for that billing period.
Exhibit 4 - High School Diploma only is sufficient. Get rid of everything else.
Exhibit 5 - Put high school transcripts (2006-2010) right here.Do you have anything to prove your presence between your high school graduation date 5/10/2010 and 8/8/2011? Find something for this time period because your bank statements are between 8/8/2011 - 8/8/2012. Get rid of everything else.

Your I-94 should have a stamp. That is your arrival date. If you did not leave between June 15th, 2007 up till now, don't worry about a thing. Just provide sufficient evidence to prove EXHIBIT 5. That's the biggest thing you have to prove.

The point here is you want to organize this packet so simply so the people handling your case won't be confused. Remove the redundant papers.

Regarding the dates you lived at each place, it does not have to be accurate! The application says write everything to the "best of your knowledge" Estimate the dates but FILL EVERY box. Make sure the timeline makes sense. Finally, on the applications, put the I-94 stamp date as your date of entry. Forget everything else. The I-94 will also have an abbreviation or name. That is going to be your place of entry. For example, mine had "NIA" for Niagara Falls, NY. There's a website where you can check the full name of the port of entry.

How old are you? Make sure you show your application to few other people who know what they're doing to see you put everything properly. If you want me to see it, let me know too. Just ask any questions on this thread. You'll get accurate responses. People here know what they're doing. We're getting biometrics appointments already so feel free to ask.

i appreciate all of your output i will remove everything else that doesnt need to be there i only put it to show good morals, but if it is not needed then i will not include it. i was just thinking the more evidence the better.

so your saying i dont have to put that i came here when i was younger and been here since? only from the date thats stamped on the i-94? what about my dates where i would cross will they show up? or they dont matter... since i will only be putting the date thats stamped on the i-94 as my entry date, do i also remove the dates of where i lived before that? before 6/23/2001?

another question on the i765ws i have money in the bank but i put that i have 0 income, that i receive money from my parents do u think they will look into my bank statements or am i just acting paranoid about it.. i am 20 years old.

is it also true that if i have a valid passport i do not have to include a translated version of my birth certificate? im asking for a friend that has heard this and i have also, i would just like to clear that up..

once again thank you all so much for helping me out i really just want to send it in already..

The two forms asks for two different things; I-182d asks for initial entry and I-765 asks for last entry, and I would be truthful. For example my initial entry was at 5 years old then we left for a summer when I was 11 and came back - so I had two different dates on the two forms. I include information with copies of visa stamps/I-94 for both. So the times you went back and forth, were you inspected? If there's a record of it then I don't think you should omit it.

As for money in the bank, I would put it under assets. I had both a small income and quite a bit in my savings account. I was truthful about both.

well the initial entry i would say was when i was a year old but it was just pretty much shopping or something so i never stayed then after that i came and i started living here at the age of 4 and would go back every summer but the thing is sometimes when we would cross they wouldnt always scan it they would just look at it, look at us then let us pass through.. so im not sure what dates would show up as me crossing so i dont want them to say im lying when i really dont know, maybe i should include that in the additional information?
