Let's hope we get some numbers in the months to come, revealing how many people applied, how many approved, rejected, etc.
It's impossible to know now, but a good chunk are under 15, and thus, can't apply yet. And others are of age, but are hesitating sending their applications. And yet others, sadly, are just not as informed as most of us, and probably still don't know the smallest details of the program, and haven't sent in anything.
