Anyone with open court case?

I sent my application and will soon get my biometrics and I'll have an open case for 6 months until it's dismissed. All I can say is that God is in control.

Is it a significant misdemeanor or felony? Also, I think there needs to be no outstanding criminal cases when you apply for an immigration benefit. But who knows, you will probably be ok unless you have something really bad under your belt...
