Hi all, wanted to hear some thoughts on a bit of a dilemma I'm having. I'll be applying for DACA soon but I am unsure if what I have is enough evidence for continuous presence. Between 2002-2009 I have my elementary/HS transcripts. But after that I couldn't afford to go to college which means that between ~June of 2009 and March of 2012 (when I opened a bank account) I don't really have any evidence as solid as school transcripts. The most I'd be able to provide are my mother's tax returns where she claims me as a dependent (is this even accepted?), a dental prescription from June of 2010, a Best Buy receipt from August of 2010 (paid with cash though so it's not in my name but I assume this falls under the circumstantial evidence category) and a packing slip with my name on it from August of 2011. Any time after March of 2012 I have solid evidence from my bank statements including multiple transactions on June 15th, but my biggest concern is the period of time between June of 2009 and March of 2012. Help?
Edit-I guess I should also mention the rent contract for our current home that has my name on it, but this is from 2008. But wouldn't this be accepted since I've been living here for the past 4 years?

If you have a bank account does that mean you have a job?

The instructions said you could even submit pics as evidence as long as they could be tracked as being taken in the USA and have something relating to the date the picture was taken.

It's not really a job, I sell stuff on ebay sometimes and needed a bank account to transfer the money from paypal. As far as pictures I'm pretty sure I have some laying around but I'm not sure how I would correlate them to a certain date.

I managed to find a shipping receipt from Sept of 2010 and also found e-mail receipts from Domino's/Pizza Hut that pretty much account for all of 2011. I'm still feeling pretty shaky about 2010 though, anyone have any other thoughts?
To summarize my evidence so far:
2002-2009: school records
2010: 2 receipts and a medical prescription
2011: fast food e-mail receipts
2012: bank statements

Use utility bills. That's what I did, because I'm dependent on my parents. The lawyer said just to add a note that your parents sign and show the evidence.
