I sent copies of my W-2 from 2 years. i will let you know guys if i got any problems with that. as of now, my case is in process and waiting for biometrics appoinment. got my 2 receipts notice today by mail.

i did send my taxes as well but i filled all my taxes with my ITIN number which was legally obtained, so i send my taxes along with a copy of my ITIN number card.

As long as its an ITIN number you should be fine. IRS doesn't share information with other agency unless you provide the information.

I also plan to send copies of my ITIN card along with taxes I have done with it.

Hi. Two questions. Did you ever receive your biometrics appointment? And were you able to stop the shipment?

We did received bios app. We both walk-in. We are waiting on decision.

Hope evrything goes well with you. I hired lawyer to do my apps and he took my acceptance letter from college out from my proof of evidence. He said: 1) I have enough docs to prove my 5 yrs precense. 2) he don't want to hand in anything to USCIS that cause red flag on my apps, since he don't know if I had claimed to be USC in my college apps. I think my lawyer just want to play it safe untill I can, Also he don't think USCIS will be that conservative on DACA as other apps, So hopefully it goes well with you and GOOD LUCK.
