I'm having some problems regarding my SSN and Alien Number. My family and I received legitimate SSN's a couple of years back when we were applying for legal status. We also got employment authorization cards but the whole process was denied because the company that was supposed to sponsor my dad failed to turn in some papers. Now should I include the SSN and Alien Number in my application or would it be better to leave it off? As far as I know, we weren't placed in any removal proceeding because we were denied but I'm unsure of what to do next.

You could explain the situation and say you never used it, but that you were given those #'s at a point but that they weren't used.

For my doctor's they use my ITIN # as a proof of identification so it showed under SSN so I explained to them that it's soley for identification purposes. I hope it doesn't affect my case.

Alright, I'll include them. Thanks guys. Also, is it acceptable to use an expired passport as evidence? I've looked around but couldn't find any concrete answers. I'm doing the applications for me and my brother so it's been really stressful
