Unable to check status online :(

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem that I am having. I sent in my application on 08/16/2012 and already finished my biometrics on the scheduled date. However, I am still unable to check my status online. Is anyone else having the same issue? Was anyone able to resolve this issue? Thank you!

im having the same issue. done my biometrics on the 13th(without WALK-in) and applied at the 08/16. my case is routed by Nebraska and i still cant see my status online. I saw in a post that a guy called the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283. and they fixed at the same time

I called USCIS and they said that sometimes it happens that the receipt numbers don't work and that I shouldn't worry about it since I'll get anything important in the mail. So yeah.... I just gotta wait for the mail

whats the phone number to call and ask fingerprinting results?

I called them too. They said that u got a valid receipt number and its not a big deal that is not showing online.

I called once in August and once in September and both times, they told me not to worry. My case will not be delayed or negatively affected. I was just curious if anyone was able to resolve this issue. I was pretty patient before but with the news of people already receiving their approvals, I got a little impatient and frustrated that I can't access it online I hope we alllllll hear back from USCIS with good news soon!!!!!

To check the status of your biometrics with FBI, you need the A#
You can also call USCIS and ask them if they received your biometrics information

After a called them this afternoon. I checked again tonight and they fixed my issue! Now I can see my case status online!!!
