Review my packet please

Hello everyone.

Please look over my app and give me your feed back.

So this is my packet;

1) Cover Letter(Title:[DACA Forms], Name, DOB, and Address)

-I-821D
-I-765
-I-765W
-USPS money order( one for $465)
-Two passport size photo


2) Evidence

(A) Proof Of Identity
- Passport(info. page only)
- Both HS and College ID (both on one page, top half HS bottom half College)

(B) Proof you came to U.S. before your 16th birthday
-I-94(front and back on one page, top half of page is the front of I-94, bottom half is the back of the I-94)
-Copy of visa stamp on passport

(C)Proof of immigration status
-I-94

(D)Proof of presence in U.S. on June 15, 2012
-College attendance for summer semester (shows that i was at school on 06/14/12 and 06/16/12, i didn't have school on the 15th)

(F)Proof you continuously resided in U.S. since June 15, 2007
-High transcript (06-10)
-College transcript (April of 2011 to present
-College Attendance(Entire college career)

(G)Proof of your student status
-HS Diploma



Okay so i also have my Birth Certificate but i am not going to include it because i think i have enough proof for identity. I am also not going to include form G-1145 because i kinda want feeling of surprise when i receive the physical I-767c in the mail. lol call me crazy

I like most of you I can use one evidence to satisfy more than one requirement. For example i can use my I94 to prove that i came here before my sixteenth birthday and also my current immigration status. So do i submit one copy of my I94 or two and how would i go about organizing that?

Also this is just what i have but i have not organize the packet yet so i would like some help with that please and thank you.

There's no need to submit more than one copy of the same document. They can use one to fulfill several requirements.

Looks good, I would send two copies just so you make easier for them to review.
To make it very organized, you can buy a binder and some sheet protectors. Put your segments in different sheet protectors, for example in one put "Proof of identity" and include your evidence, and so forth... That's what I did =)
Also you might regret later on not sending the G-1145 form lol

Look good and ready to be sent. One copy should be okay.

In my particular case I assemble my evidence like this:

1. Get all supporting evidence
2. Divided the evidence into THREE separate package with 3 COVER SHEET entitled:

I."Indentity" (birth certificate, Id's)

II."Came to U.S before 16th birthday". (i-94, immunization records, school transcripts)
"Were unlawful status as of June 15th, 2012". (i-94)
"Graduated from U.S High School". (High School Transcript)

III. "Were present in U.S on June 15th, 2012. (bank statement)
"Continuously resided June 15th, 2007 through June 15, 2012 and Present… (school transcripts, financial statements)

3. Used binder clips for each package. Clipped the two money orders, and 2 passport photos on the i-765. including all signed application forms of course.
4. Put it inside a clasp envelope, with name DOB, on it. and MAIL!

But then again. Every person wont have the same supporting evidence.. so whatever you have, just as long as it covers all the requirements.

i think ill use a paper clip to separate the evidence and i also forgot to include if i should include my latest tuition statement and my schedule that they give you on the first day of the semester to show that i was here when i submit the app?

ill put everything in a brown envelope and then inside the post office envelope

it's okay, also no don't send multiple copies of the same thing, USCIS hates repetitiveness. just one document is sufficient enough to fulfill multiple requirement.

use a paper clip, don't even bother stapling anything together. do not include the latest tuition statement and schedule, your signature really will be sufficient enough.

it's really up to you if you want to put double envelopes, some did some didn't and it was good.
