Has anyone with a criminal record been approved?

I have a disorderly conduct charge from when I was 15, but I'm scared to apply.

I think they allow at least 3 misdemeanors on there. You should be good.

If that's all you did then you should have no fear of applying. Read the guidelines
" Q7: Will DHS consider my expunged or juvenile conviction as an offense making me unable to receive an exercise of prosecutorial discretion?
A7: Expunged convictions and juvenile convictions will not automatically disqualify you. Your request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether, under the particular circumstances, a favorable exercise of prosecutorial discretion is warranted. If you were a juvenile, but tried and convicted as an adult, you will be treated as an adult for purposes of the deferred action for childhood arrivals process.

You should apply. You have nothing big. I have 2 misdemeanors. One is considered severe. Already expunged but working on vacating it instead. If I thrive, i will apply. If not i still might and just pray they use prosecutional discretion on my.case.

just apply if you meet the requirements. read them carefully. sounds like you meet them since yours is not under the significant misdemeanors.

See a lawyer. It's your life don't let people tell you oh it's okay when it might not be since if you don't qualify the repercussions are great. Its not buying a puppy.
