Okay so i just ready some of the information on the link and it got me thinking.. I'm thinking of just telling her to wait so my case can be approved because i found out my A number is not going to work if she runs it through the E-verify system. But once my case is approved she can run it. I'll let her know about the DHS TNC too. Thanks alot for your help NotAPro

Damn. I just read the link you posted.. I think my best option is to let her know about the DHS TNC. and let her know that its best to wait for my case to be approved. Right NotAPro? I think that's my best option

I'm wondering. By law does she have to report it to who ever is in charge of the TNC thing? or can she just ignore it and wait for my case to be approved and try to run it again through the E-verify system?

If she uses e-verify she will be notified immediately that you are not able to work. They are scared shitless of this.

Luckily thanks to God they have let me stay there and work as a (temp) temporary worker while i get my work permit. When i talked to the person in charge of human resources she told me that i dont need to wait to get my social security and work permit thing. All i need is this number that USCIS sends. So i went back to my lawyer and asked what she was talking about. So it turns out that its called the "A" number. Today i recieved my Letter of notice that they have recieved my payment. Along with it they said that the "A" number i needed is there. It is the USCIS ALIEN NUMBER. So my question is does anybody know if this is the number i need so i can potentially get hired. The lady from human resources said this is all i need so she can run it through the E-verify system and see if my case shows up or something.. and if so, i can immediately get hired, while my other paper work comes through. Anybody know about this? thanks
You said you just mailed your application and cleared that the payment was completed. Right now your A# & Receipt# are just a reference number to track your application and documents on their database. At this very moment, your number cannot be on the system because you have not been approved for work authorization. Once your application is officially approve you may use the A# assigned to you. Good Luck.

well, i was got hired with just my receipt once. do this OP if you really don't have time, because it will come back negative. tell your employer your situation and be positive about it. then take your receipt and your biometric letter when you get it. this will show her that you are for real. updaye us on what happens.
