If his record is pulled and that pops up and he offers no explanation he might be put in a bind.

Unless anyone here is a USCIS or BIA Lawyer I would not be giving that type of advise.

Will it disqualify him, I doubt it, but to say not to include it at all. Nope.
I guess I will go ahead and look for legal advice but I still appreciate the replys guys. Thaks

It's advice. This is what he came here for. I'm not forcing him to do it and he should be smart enough to make the final decision on his own.

At the end of the day, a lawyer is in the same boat as us on DACA. I've actually seen better advice on here, than what people are getting from lawyers. Common sense goes a long way. You don't need to be a lawyer for that. Also, I would assume that he would've called USCIS before coming to us. Unfortunately, I may be wrong about that.

No problem. I think you should call USCIS first. This may save you the lawyer fees. USCIS has been pretty helpful so far.

Definitely, I do not condone what these leeches called lawyers do to abuse DACA applicants.
But while I know what might be the answer to a question, similar to what a Lawyer might say, I rather keep it to myself in these types of question. I would rather have someone on the same boat chime in if they've reached a conclusion than someone who's case is in no way relevant to that of the OP.

I went to one of the seminars they had at my college they weren't sure of the answer either but they said not to mention it and if they do ask just tell em the truth. They said it is a traffic violation so it shouldn't matter. I sent in my paperwork and they received it on sept 20th. Does anyone knows how long it would take to hear anything back from them?

P.S...do not go to lawyers, a lawyer wanted to charge me $1000 for my case because he said i have to have a lawyer. RIPOFFS

Also USCIS people don't really know the answer to these questions. They are only there to read the guidelines to see if you qualify.
