Ugh man this really really sucks. I hope it's something minor that you are missing but somehow forgot.

Do you think maybe it's the ssn thing? Not because you listed a fake but maybe they want proof its yours bc they don't know it's a fake and intended for people to write in their ssa assigned ssn?

I arrived to the US when I was 8 years old, thats how I have proof of school report cards from 2001-2006.

All copies has to be notarized? I completely missed this part in all the post I read. I did make copies of eveything though.

I'm sure you'll be okay. they will let you know what they need. Quote "If the packet is being resubmitted in response to a REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE (RFE), please place the notice requesting the additional evidence/information on the top of the packet. Also, please use the special mailing envelope provided."

It does not have to be, but it's just safer. Like i said, it seems like they may just want an original of something. What notarizing a document will do for u is make them know without a doubt what u have is an official copy.

My lawyer told me that this could be a possible scenario. So it's best to leave it blank. USCIS also said to leave blank unless issued by SSA.
Another lawyer also said that this would be overlooked by USCIS because they're trying to be "understanding" unless it's identity theft.

My heart literally sank reading this I'm so sorry this happened OP. I'm seriously hoping that it was either just a mistake they made, or that whatever it is they need you'll be able to provide. Don't give up *stretches out arms to hug*

That's what I'm trying to say. USCIS won't use it against her, but since they intended that question for people that have a ssn issued to them, maybe they ran it and saw it wasn't hers and just want proof that it is.. Hopefully it's something that simple that can be clarified quickly.
