It would make sense if vermont really is going by scheduled date rather than by walk-in date because hulkster went on the 12th and was approved 9 days later but the 12th was his actual scheduled date. Meanwhile tommy did his on the 30th yet he hasn't heard anything because he was scheduled for the 25th. Might be onto something.
