oh nicee...man i think those RFEs are from agents that are sort of douches..hahaha...because the ones that got it had plenty of evidence in my opinion, especially the girl that got it first...on the other hand a lot of ppl with minimum evidence got approved.... the only thing im worried is 2011...for that i only have a reciept and order confirmation from midwest sports..they sent me a racquet..and i have a paper from MetroPCS stating when my account was opened and when i cancelled it...which was from april 2011 to january 2012....i hope i get approved right off the bat!!!

You'll be fine if you have 3 years of solid proof and the rest they will use common sense. It's safe to say Vermont is going by the biometric dates for approving applicants at this point.

im actually thinking that too...and by that i meat biometric appointments...the one that got approved today had their appointments on the 12th and they werent walkins..am i right??

Again in a normal petition your bio does not matter. You have an early acceptence date and if you look around majority of approvals from vermont have been 8/20 or pre.
