Anyone applied with a misdemeanor? - Page 2

I got arrested for a misdemeanor, aggravated battery , I was finger printed, the charges were dropped. I went to my biometrics today (walk in)/

i got a misdemeanor for petty theft. didnt go to jail but was sent to court. i did everything myself with no lawyer, just went to court and asked for the copy of disposition of case and arrest report from the day of the incident. got them notarized and included the copies in the package. also explained about it on that last page on the application where you can talk about it more with details. about a paragraph long explaining how i have learned my lesson from that day blah blah blah...
went through everything already, just waiting for EAD approval :/

oh i also had a couple of driving with no license but it says to not include it so i didn't.

I don't think I have a misdemeanor, but I was arrested when I was younger. I was arrested for petty theft. All that happened was that I went to the police station for an hour, got fingerprinted. Afterwards, I just had to take a 3-hour class, pay the store back and that was the end of it. No court. So I'm not sure if that counts as a misdemeanor or not. I was arrested that day, however, so I checked "yes" on the criminal one. :/ It was a bummer. I'm worried, but optimistic!

Got a desk appearance ticket issued by the NYPD, for talkin crap over the phone to this dude.
We basically threatened eachother about how we are going to kick eachothers ass. Found out that his father was a retired NYPD detective so the idiot contacted the local precinct and came knocking on my door. Had to goto precinct to get my fingers printed and later charge was dropped. I have Biometrics appointment on the 18th.

I got 5 tickets for no license and like 2 for speeding and one for super speeding. I applied i dont give a damn lol.

Lawyer said as long as I paid for all my tickets I wouldn't have any problems. I haven't been in trouble for like 2 yrs.

Yea I think you will be good since it says Do not include minor traffic violations that only resulted in a fine.

Yeah, I don't see any trouble for just traffic tickets.
