Help!!

Did anyone had a gap of about 6 or more months for the 5 year presence and got approved????

No they all got RFE'ed.

what about if you finish college in June 2010 and start college in April of 2011

Call USCIS and ask to speak to an IO because none of us are that.
We can only guess, and most likely guess wrong.

If you want comfort, nothing we say will give you that.

That's a 10 month gap. Are you going to apply or just wait?

i was going to apply next week but i also have a passport showing that i never left the country and i can get a letter from my admissions counselor saying i visited him in that time gap but idk what to do now being that i saw this what do you guys think?

That's bull. Unless there has been more RFE cases than im aware of. The 3 RFE cases i have read about have had evidence up the ass. They all had every month covered, and they all had great pieces of evidence. Also we dont know why those individuals were RFE'ed. I keep checking the threads to find out, but nothing has come back yet.

Do you know if you get an RFE, how much time do they give to respond back with the evidence theyre asking you for?
