Hi, I still have not turned in my Application for DACA. Not because I do not want, but because I am having trouble proving that I was here in 09,10. I heard that I could use an affidavit, but that sounds a bit iffy. So, I was hoping I could use my parents income taxes. My mom is a permanent Resident applying for Citizenship, and my step father is a U.S Citizen.

Please help!!! CAN I USE MY PARENTS INCOME TAXES TO PROVE THAT I WAS HERE ON 09 AND 10?

CAN I USE AN AFFIDAVIT FROM TWO PEOPLE SAYING I WAS HERE FOR THESE TWO YEARS?

both.. the income tax is valid proof and affidavit would be supplemental if u choose to. If you read the instructions from uscis.gov, you will see stated there that affidavits may be used as supplemental in some cases.

I have the same question. Should I send the whole six pages or just the one page with my name on it.?

just the first page with your name as they would have no use for the other pages

Since you dont have any proof of 09 or 2010 I would contact the IRS or log on to their website and order a tax transcript for both years and mail in the affidavits. The tax transcripts will show recent proof that the information is valid and not fraudulent. It will help you a little more so you don't receive and RFE. So then you don't have to question do I send in all 6 pages, transcripts are usually 2 pages.
