ok guys, i got a txt message today saying they need more evidence from me so im just waiting for the letter. i dont know what more evidence they want because i sent everything i had to prove i ve been here since i got here in 2004, just three months i turned 16. i enrolled in school in the same month i got here ill just wait to see what else they want. i have faith in god that everything is going to go alright

So, excluding proof that one entered under the age of 16; does USCIS want proof for all the years in the US and not just 2007 to June 15 2012?

it seemed very easy to apply but now that they are sending me a letter for more proof, i can see that they are getting very tough on the evidences. im wondering what else they want from me since i sent everything i had. Maybe the EWI thing. i dont know how to prove that

5 copy of requester's birth certificatew/ translation

8 requester's academic transcrips & grade reports
9 requester's immunization records
10 requester's Bank Account Statements evincing proof of U.S recidency on 06/15/2012
11 requester's 2009-2011 federal tax returns
12 A check in the amount of $465.00 for I-821 filing fees
