For example, if "Person A" had his Biometrics appointment on October 4th, but he walked in on September 18. Then you have "Person B" who had his appointment on September 18. I think they will first check everyone that had their appointment on the 18th, once they are finished with those, then they will check the people that walked-in on the 18th.
That's one idea....
