Any Visa overstay recieved a RFE? - Page 2

Maybe they made a mistake? I was completely missing month of June 2012 and even July! My RFE is just for June 15th 2012 presence

OMG now im freaking out. i sent basically transcripts for that as well. when you get a RFE, did your LUD change or did you only get an email/text about it?

evidence of June 15th and evidence after 2009 and up to 2012. (which like i said, was covered by my transcripts)

you know what you should do...try to get enrollment verifications for all those semesters if you still can.

That's that? Is that something like a certificate of attendance?

I'm sure they overlooked the transcripts.. Send it to them again..

My status has yet to change! I have checked online over and over and it is still on initial review. I even called today and they said it was on initial review.. but then I told them that I had gotten the RFe and i guess they looked further into it and found that it had in fact been sent out.

what state are you in and what country are you from? if you say California and Mexico Im noticing a pattern...

Pattern? Why? Are all the other overstays who got RFE from Mexico and live in ca?

Awesome it would be wonderful if I would be able to travel to brazil to see the 2014 World Cup!!! Well cheer up I know is unfortunate to have to go through all this process but don't worry you have nothing to worry about they probably made a mistake they are humans too... Lol just think maybe one day (June 2014) you'll be watching the opening game and remember how all this was taken care of... Oh one more thing I hate to disappoint you again today but Brazil won't win the World Cup not if Mexico is there!!! Lol Go Mexico si se pude!!!!Lol
