idk it's at everyone discretion, thankfully we don't get these check points in florida.
Of course, if we are approved for DACA we would tell them that we are not USC but that we have relief from deportation through DACA and we could show them our ID or EAD.

Yes. you do in south fl. There's border patrol there. I've seen videos where they pull u over for looking brown.

Yes. Just say you're under Daca. They cannot deport you. Plus show your ead. And be like I'm one of those dreamers they speak of.

I woulndt say im a us citizen if when not, not worth it. and if I already have an ead why not take it with me if I know i will come in contact with bp, I know they can check on my status with name and dob, but why go though all that when you can just drive straight through it. Thats what id do

I was replying to your other post where you said that you only have a texas dl and that you would be deported if you came in contact with BP. If you were in contact with BP you could either tell them the truth and be deported or just say you are USC and if they ask for proof just show your license.

Of course if you are approved with DACA, there is no need to lie as you are free from deportation.

So if bp officer decides to run my name, it wont show that I entered wit a b2 visa and its allready expired.

Again, DL is no immigration document. Even if you have one, you could still be illegal.
