A lot of I-94s have your (1) Name, (2) Date of Birth (hence proving your age on entry into the U.S., (3) Country of Origin, (4) Place of Entry into the U.S.,, as well as (5) your Time of Authorized Stay in the U.S. It is a VERY important document containing a lot of information. It also has a unique number as well.

Hey guys I crossed the border with a BCC so I received no 1-94, uhm I talked to my friends lawyer and he told me to put that I entered the country on a visa as tourist and that I over stayed, but now I'm afraid I'll get a RFE for the i-94 :/ do you guys think I should have put EWI instead??? @_@ Anybody know??? Oh and I did called USCIS twice and first time they told me to put that I entered on a B2 Visa as tourist and then my friend called for me and asked the same question the next day and they told him to put EWI! So I'm confised! -_-

Don't lie. Add a note in your supporting documents as to why you don't have an I-94. Lying will only make things worse. That damage may also be irreversible.

I think Border cards are considered B2 visas, obviously stick to the truth always when dealing with USCIS.

Oh well mine just lets me go up to 25-50 miles of the border, it was literally a just a BCC lol so uhm yeah they didn't scan my card or anything so I bet I'm not on the system it was back in 2000, I was 13 when I crossed and never went back, when I got here I went straight to middle school and everything so hopefully they take that into consideration, even though it expired on 2002 I was still 15 so yeah! but thanks I feel more at ease! n_n
