My friend applied through a lawyer as well and he did not showed her the application before it was mail. I asked her a few questions about her application and she did not know anything. Did your lawyer showed you the application before he mailed it out?

Wow......., looking at some approvals here , seems like I am the most unlucky one, people got approved from CSC , even those who had filed their applications later then mine and even biometrics done much later then I did mine, but for me their has been no luck so far....... , very depressing !!

Had called USCIS a few times and their answer is the processing times is 4-6 months .

Also, wandering if people here are actually being truthful and honest about their approvals, I mean..... It is good to be optimistic and being positive, but for someone like me , it seems like being left alone.

Right now..... , I think there is no set pattern of how and from which service center applications are being approved, whether you walk in for your biometrics or go an scheduled appointment date, I think nothing is making a difference , it is all about a matter of chance and luck....... !!

Wish me luck guys ....... I want to see my approval ASAP.
