If you have a valid SSN that is "not valid for work," can you go apply for a job using that number once you get the letter from the SSA that says you can now apply for work?

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!

Wait so they'll forward it to IRS? My dad doesn't pay taxes.. Wouldn't that be a red flag to give them his SSN?

I don't think this forum is meant to try to help you evade paying taxes or anything. If you are trying to get advise on how to break the law then good luck to you.

Google for yourself, it's pointless, I say one thing and another ridiculous conclusion pops up.

Ur not listening dude. I don't need help breaking the law.. He already did that by himself.. I just don't wanna connect him to me.. So again back to my original question.. Is it necessary to provide my dads SSN on the ss5 form? And if yes, would the IRS look into his SSN?
