I sent my application this Tuesday and USPS still hasn't delievered
. Sent with priority. It's still in Virginia USPS Sort Facility. I have no idea how in the hell it's still there, or WHY it shipped across the country to a city 6 hours away.

that sounds ridiculous i sent mine on the 15th and was delivered on the 17th, i don't know what else you can do besides harass them till they give you a concrete answer.
